Don’t use a cooking oil that is a vegetable oil, and find out the other sources of food which you eat that have vegetable oil in it. This is vital IF you want clear skin. I personally found that by avoiding vegetable oil my skin cleared up dramatically.

The best food for acne is green vegetables. These are packed with nutrients that fight against acne and are anti-inflammatory. You will have much clearer skin just by eating green foods. Next time you go food shopping be sure to pick up green veg.
